Homeowner’s Association
Relationship with Homeowner’s Associations
The Waters Edge Community Development District (CDD) complements the responsibilities of the community’s homeowner’s associations (HOAs). Many maintenance functions are shared expenses between the CDD and the HOA, however some functions operate independently of each other. The CDD has entered into shared expense agreement(s) with the HOA. The CDD has also entered into an agreement for the HOA to enforce requirements and provisions of the reclaimed water irrigation system. These agreements provide for more efficient management of the CDD properties.
